Am I able to pay my storage bill online? Pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Create an account and sign in when your bill is due.
When can I access my storage unit? Access your storage unit whenever you need. All tenants have 24-hour access.
Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies? Purchase boxes, tape, locks, and other supplies from the office.

Are there any additional fees? No! At Stephenville Self Storage, we keep extra fees to a minimum. We do not ask for a deposit or an administration fee in order to rent a storage unit from us. We trust that you will leave the storage space in ready-to-rent condition.
What is climate-controlled storage and do I need it? Climate controlled storage units protect objects of significant monetary and sentimental value from extremes in temperature. Our climate-controlled storage units are housed in a well-insulated building with a MERV rated filtration system that assists in regulating temperatures and decreasing the impact of dust and pollen. Photographs, compact discs, vinyl records, electronics, cell phones, wood furnishings, and many other items should be stored in a climate-controlled building. Would I be able to store my RV or boat? Of course you can. We offer indoor and outdoor parking for RVs, cars, and boats.
What security features are in place? Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance, fenced, and gated with keypad entry.

Do I need a lock? Using a lock to secure your items behind the door to your storage unit is required for your own protection. You may purchase a lock from us in the leasing office where we keep additional moving supplies. If you are planning to supply your own lock, we ask that you bring it with you on the day that you sign your lease.

Do I need to give a move out notice? The rental agreement you sign upon moving in requires you to give a move out notice at least 10 days prior to vacating your storage unit. You may give notice of move out online through your account, or you may provide a member of our staff with a written notice. In addition to in person delivery, your written notice can be given after business hours by email, post mail, or the office drop box. If possible, we appreciate giving notice one month prior to your move out date.
